Dr Bill F Orow, Barrister
Dr Bill Orow is a practicing member of the Victoria Bar and has a commercial practice that includes state and federal taxation and trusts. He is an expert in the fields of Taxation Law and Trusts holding a PhD as well as an LL.M.
He has many works on taxation published, including two books and many articles both in Australian and overseas journals. Bill has been briefed in matters involving income taxation, GST, superannuation, stamp duty, land tax and payroll tax. In addition, Bill has been briefed in general commercial law matters involving freezing
orders, contempt of court, breach of trust, directors duties, insolvency, trade practices and common-law disputes.
Peter Delis, Accountant & Business Advisor
Peter is a Chartered Tax Adviser and has been advising small to medium business in his practice for over 30 years. Some of his areas of expertise are resolving ATO and SRO audits and tax disputes , objections to ATO and SRO decisions, settlement negotiations, penalties and interest remission applications, tax debt management as well as responding to notice of Winding Up and Statutory Demands.

The aims and objectives of this Trade Mission are to provide our Australian Business community a platform with the opportunity to extend their business across the international seas into the ready and thriving lands of Lebanon, the Middle East, the Gulf, Africa and beyond.
Delegates will be given the chance to explore the beautiful country of Lebanon and also be offered the chance to meet and collaborate with Lebanese Ministers, international Ministers and productive successful international business associates.
G’DayMarhaba Lebanon 2019 promises to be a powerful journey that, as usual, is a highly commendable Lebanese Business occurrence. This annual event has attracted many successful businesses from within the Lebanese Diaspora and partners, from all over the globe. The potential to successfully partner businesses, for an appropriate extension is made available to you through a ‘Business Networking Exercise’ designed to match you with interesting business partnerships in Lebanon and other major countries of the Gulf and the Middle East. The ALCCI aims to help you increase your business opportunity with an objective to promote Australian products in Lebanon and beyond.
The Trade Mission will depart Melbourne on 31 May 2019 focusing on business meetings, trade missions, exhibitions and time to be swept away by the beauty of Lebanon. At the end of the trade mission, we will depart Beirut on the 11th of June 2019 (or you may wish to spend more time at your own leisure).
Once in Beirut, a series of activities will take place including, meetings with prospective partners through a networking and business matching exercise. Other activities will include business seminars, bilateral trade discussions, information workshops etc.
The highlight of this trade mission will include our ALCCI delegates attending the LDE 2019 to be held from 7th to 9th June 2019 of which the ALCCI has been a proud participant and supporter since its inception. Delegates will enjoy Welcoming Cocktails and Gala Ball Receptions, which also provide a fantastic networking platform. The overall events propose to encourage the appropriate potential to secure your business trade agreements. A Trade/Business Panels Convention will be included in the program, discussing trade/business help to ease you and your potential business partners into negotiations.
